HEBEL Skim Coat Render
3-4 mm skimcoat application as a basecoat for Dulux AcraTex Texture in CSR Hebel – Dulux AcraTex approved coating systems (not designed for sponge float finishing)
Features
- Ready to use
- High dispersion reinforcement fibre
- High polymer content
- Easy workability
- Excellent resistance to shrinkage
Benefits
- Only requires the addition of water as polymers in the powder
- Enhances impact resistance and tensile strength
- Ensures excellent surface hardness and impact resistance
- Easy to apply consistency, no stickiness of the trowel
- Due to incorporating elements controlling rate of water evaporation

Use and typical specification
DULUX AcraTex Hebel SkimCoat Render is fast to apply to both internal and external surfaces. It levels irregularities and produces a high quality even, true surface. It has been purposed designed for use over HEBEL Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) panels.
Typical properties and application data
Application Guide | Hebel Skimcoat Render is applied by Plastering Technique (Hawk and Trowel) method or via Render Pump in single application from 4-6mm or up to 10mm thick in multiple applications.Thin bed applications requires the addition of 500/4 AcraBond to fresh clean water.
